What made you choose our company:

I made a mistake and signed the agreement saying you could charge my credit card and charge me an additional 3% or $ 81.60. I was under the impression that I MUST sign that part of your contract or you wouldn't install my gutters/shield. After having to call your Portland office multiple times after contract signing and then TWO months later getting an install date, I didn't realize that you weren't going to send me an invoice for payment. Instead, you charged my credit card the full amount, which included the 3% or $81.60 fee. I misunderstood that the credit card was just a hold and then I could pay the final invoice by check. The gutters were installed one month ago. Yesterday I received, for the first time, the invoice for the install. The net is that I'm pleased with the gutters/mastershield. I'm not pleased with the billing process, poor communication for invoice timing and not pleased with Zoe's telephone demeanor and unhappy that I paid $ 81.60 for a credit card charge, when I could have easily sent you a check one month ago when the products were installed.
