This family loves Christmas lights. They told me that every year they strive to outdo the Griswolds from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. So they had a specific vision for how they wanted their gutters to look to maximize their home's street appeal, especially with lights on the house. For example, one thing they wanted was a new 2nd story downspout on the side of their home tieing in to the 1st story gutter's drain. Not only did we do that, but they were also really happy when we were able to get them exactly the color they picked out.
The old gutters on this house were constantly filling up with leaves. And other gutter companies told the homeowners that their gutter systems wouldn't work on this type of roof. It was a little tricky to install, but we found a way to make it work that also looks great.
Every single gutter on this house was full of standing water. The homeowners had even put in downspout traps to keep debris from clogging the gutters. That would have worked decently against leaves, but pine needles and dirt go right in. They asked us to fix it with MasterShield, and we were happy to do so.
This older couple called us because they judged cleaning the gutters to be too dangerous. The wife especially hated seeing her husband on a ladder. And he didn't really love it either. And they decided they didn't want to keep paying for someone to come clean the gutters, so they asked us to see what we could do. We could definitely see why they didn't want to be up on the ladders themselves anymore. They're on a hill, so the back of their house is pretty high up. And if your ladder doesn't have stabalizers and you've got to place it on a slippery deck, you'd call us too!
